- 5 min SH Bair DJ (alternating between hit & whiff) - 8 times in a row
- 3 min 30 secs SH earliest FF with aerial drift, FC 22 - 11 times in a row
- 3 min 30 secs FH earliest FF with aerial drift, FC 37 - 10 times in a row
- 5 min double L canceling dair into grab - 5 times in a row
- 3 min general movement around FoD

20 mins Practice

Starting at 1:35pm:
- 3 min 30 secs SH earliest FF with aerial drift, FC 22 - 13 times in a row
- 3 min 30 secs FH earliest FF with aerial drift, FC 37 - 9 times in a row
- 20 min BF Uthrow Platform techchase Rest Fox with C-stick Buffered Jumps - 9 times in a row 

Note: The first 5 mins I accidentally used NTSC Fox who is slightly heavier than PAL Fox. Catching techroll in was better today. Might need to practice this at higher % as I was respecting the tech options too much which lead to hesitation.

- 15 min trying to find FD Uthrow 0-to deaths on Fox
- 3 min general movement on DL
